Bath bomb mixture topped with piped bubble frosting.
Remove small toy out of bubble frosting. Remove bubble frosting from bath bomb mixture and put frosting under running water until dissolved. Bubble frosting will create bubbles. Now dunk cup into water to activate bath bomb mixture. Continue dunking as needed to dissolve mixture.
Oils in product may cause bathtub to become slick
